How will my ebooks be delivered?

Upon completing your transaction, you will receive two emails to the email address you used during checkout. One will be from me, confirming your transaction. The other will be from our ebook supplier, BookFunnel, and will contain instructions on how to download your book. If your BookFunnel email doesn't arrive within a couple minutes, please check your spam/junk/promotions folder. 

If you don't receive the email with your download link, you can get your book from your BookFunnel library at https://my.BookFunnel.com. Just remember to use the email address you supplied during the checkout process. Forgetting which email you used is the number one reason why people have trouble accessing their books :)

I'm having trouble downloading my ebook. Where can I get help?

BookFunnel has an amazing customer support team who will be happy to help you with any technical questions/difficulties. You can contact them at help@bookfunnel.com.

Where/how can I read my book?

The BookFunnel website offers instructions on how to download your ebook or deliver the file to your Kindle, iPhone, Android device, Nook, or Kobo. 

There are also other options through BookFunnel, such as the BookFunnel Cloud Reader and the BookFunnel app, available in the Apple and Google Play stores.

What about paperbacks?

Paperbacks will be sold in the store soon. We're just ironing out the details!

Why can't I purchase from my country?

Sales tax requirements vary from country to country and in some territories are restrictive for small businesses. Right now, the biggest market I'm unable to sell into is the UK (sorry, British readers!). I'm working on getting the tax details sorted, and will continue to evaluate tax requirements and update countries as appropriate.

What is your refund policy?

Because ebooks are delivered immediately, no refunds will be given. We stand by our products and know you'll enjoy them as much as the thousands of readers who have enjoyed before you! If you experience technical difficulties downloading/accessing your ebook or audiobook, please contact help@bookfunnel.com.

We recommend you check your personal library to ensure you haven't already purchased a book elsewhere before buying directly from us. But we also know that mistakes happen! In the event of a duplicate purchase, please email kate@katemeader.com with proof of your prior purchase.
